You think filing now would start a death spiral? The only way 43K in conversions could start a death spiral is if the filings are horrible and show very little revenue and more toxic debt. So you apparently agree that the info in the filings will be very bad for shareholders and that's the real reason why they're not filing. That's what we've been saying all along.
