Nice increase in the AS. 2.3 billion.........but Kyle says this isn't a pump and dump.
So why are shares continuing to be dumped while the permit that may be issued is being characterized as something it's not?
That's what happened last time, and Kyle has been shown to be a LIAR when he claimed agreements with the FBAR they didn't have.
