What they are mentioning is that they don't care about KBM, which we know is far from the truth. I made that apparent on IHUB that they do care. I'm fairly surprised that KBM did not answer in a timely manner as they are the plaintiff. I could see the defendent asking for more time and delaying, but the plaintiff? They're either on their heels trying to figure out this counter or are simply irresponsible.
