Its called a reserve sell. Unfortunately it is allowed
on these crappy exchanges and enables the MM's and shorts
to control pps action. The ability to hid a large block under what
appears to be a small ask, is allowed. I hate it too. Too many
games and laws that favor manipulation on these otc exchanges.
