This is true. They also don't realize that a given "dose" of dilution doesn't mean the same amount of toxicity to every company. If their business experiences strong growth early in it's life, the share structure can be easily made into a thing of beauty. It's all about profits. How soon we get there and how rapid the uptrend. This company shows major upside with this brand and in this market, so this should advance the game very nicely. I agree on the buying opportunity also. I don't have enough for the direct approach myself, but common shares sure are looking sweet to me so I'm going to add what I can too.
