I think they've painted themselves in a corner with HJOE. Past cases I've dredged up from PACER does not show positive outcomes for KBM with several dismissals and a couple of voluntary dismissals by KBM. I'm not sure how these judges aren't on to their loan sharking games yet and also unsure how many sound counter suits have been filed? Is HJOEs the first solid counter? If so, KBM has some major pitfalls to avoid.
