Nope, it's the 4th qtr. of their fiscal year. It will be incorporated into the 10K annual report which is due 90 days after the end of the 4th qtr. Read the SEC regs. on fully reporting status. We'll see the 4th qtr. revenues on Sept. 30th. Long means long.
