It is a Foreign Profit Corporation and what that means for anyone that didn't just look it up like I had to...is that if you are a Nevada Corp and want to do business in any other state you need to file one of these forms in order to do that. According to one of the 8ks, they moved a subsidiary from Texas the GA.

IMO, listing Lee as the CEO doesn't mean anything. I could be wrong and he may be President and CEO and Levy is head of the Board.

Could be that Georgia shows the person who is President automatically as the CEO. Some states don't recognize the position of CEO and assume the President is the top person.
