I would have to agree.
However from a Judeo Christian and military readiness aspect. I would have to strongly disagree. There will be problems, as the US isn't as European and socially progressive as the 18 countries listed.
Enough to effect combat readiness...I doubt, however you will loose good recruits from the policy that would otherwise volunteer.
