We've paid $75 a month for 3 years so far
for a house maintenance deal. We have used
them several times but this is the first time for
a saved expense this high $6-900 plus labor.
And we co-pay $75 each time.
Our policy includes washer, dryer,
microwave, kitchen stove, furnace & ducts,
air conditioner, plumbing with faucets, fridge,
circuit breaker & wiring.
So we have a lot of savings to come.
