I'm not sure but sometimes big companies let small companies to build themselves up and then buy them out completely including rights to patents so they don't have to spend time and money. I'm just saying this is possible since all the movies on Ultraflix is free on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Even if it doesn't happen I feel Ultraflix will go subscription soon on it's own. I can tell just by the way they're building up Ultraflix.
