I'm not 100% sure but I think the company is building Ultraflix to go subscription base service soon. If you haven't notice, all the movies they have in 4K right now is free with subscription on Amazon and Netflix. I think either one of them could be buying them out. Even if they don't becoming a subscription base service will be a big boost to subscribers and revenues. That just how I feel but could be different for others.
