I know I could not purchase over 499,999 in my USAA account and they no longer let me purchase HJOE. I could sell all day long but not purchase. Depends on the Company you are going through, USAA plays a bit of Daddy with its members, bad place to purchase OTC stocks due high fees anyway, it was just super easy to draft out of my account to purchase. Wish I would have used Scottrade instead, USAA stands to make a ton in commissions off me.
