It's not free speech. It's libel. Pure and simple, they knowingly posted false claims in order to profit from their actions. They should NOT be able to hide under anonymity for this.

CTIX does need to go after Seeking Alpha to force disclosure of the poster's identity. This would be a ground-breaking, precedent-setting case that would give CTIX tremendous good publicity.
