It was a long while ago and I dont remember who I was speaking with but I think that was kind of the idea they had in mind. The problem is it is difficult to keep "theme" restaurants going as they tend to become a passing fad. Have to have solid food, decent prices, and small enough space to not feel "empty" when it is only the bar crowd after the dinner crowd leaves but big enough to warrant having a full menu/kitchen and staff. Restaurant hsiness is very difficult in general to make it. Granted - $HJOE is no stranger to challenging business environments. By then, the bashers should be long gone. If not - maybe the long term shareholders can volunteer to be bouncers when they show up...
