The Ashcroft firm by its actions says that CTIX is worth a lot more than 1.70/share. Remember that they are being paid in warrants to buy the stock AT 1.70. They make nothing until the stock is significantly higher.

Would any smart law firm take payment in such a form, if they didn't think the stock was worth a lot more? Remember that they have been informed of EVERYTHING that CTIX knows about the current scientific progress.
