Curious, the PR news states RMHB "engages" with the new firm. "Engages" generally means discussing and not an actual "agreement."

Am I wrong or does this mean they actually signed a deal? They could have literally called this firm, talked to the guys about possibly signing a contract together, but just hung up the phone. Then post an article with clever words like "Engages" to make people they signed on board with us.
