Effective on 2/1/2016, IDDR’s corporate name was changed to IDdriven, Inc.  Following its December 21, 2015 acquisition of a 100% ownership interest  of  Insight Innovators, B.V., a Dutch corporation (“Insight”), the Company became an enterprise software company that developed, and is currently marketing and seeking license opportunities for a next-generation Identity and Access Management enterprise solution designed to manage large volumes of users and access rights over various applications in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises). The Company’s sports and entertainment ticket broker business was sold upon completion of the Insight merger as discussed below.
