I remember a mention of a poster (I think). Maybe they are referring to the activity against gram neg. bacteria for B. I have no idea about the p53 reference. There's probably something in there but it is likely as weak as the rest of the allegations. IMO the judge went over all of this with a fine-toothed comb prior to issuing her ruling. If there were something there, she would have seen it and acted accordingly-probably allowing the case to proceed.
