Normally the sentence below would read "Seeking Alpha published an article"
alleging; instead Rosen uses the word "revealing". This would seem to indicate that Rosen had already decided the veracity of Mako's allegations when they posted their "announcement".
From Rosen's investigation "announcement"...
"On August 6, 2015, Seeking Alpha published an article revealing that Cellceutix misrepresented the efficacy of its drug candidates Brilacidin, Kevetrin, and Prurisol. On this news, shares of Cellceutix fell sharply during intraday trading on August 6, 2015, damaging investors."
