Where is their public apology, retraction? Where is their paying the Sullivan legal fees? Where is SA retracting the article and announcing it was fraudulent?

I don't think the 'he made me do it' excuse is going to work out especially since their trolling ad came out within a two hours of the article being posted on SA. SA and Rosen being counter sued? Could be right around the corner. Conspiracy charges, SA, Rosen and short author? How about a multi-million dollar settlement paid to CTIX by SA and Rosen to make up for their loss in valuation? That sounds right.
