Looks like we are getting
a new water heater.
Traditional style i suspect.
It is lit again right now.
So hopefully I can get a bath
and wash some dishes.
We have had a home warranty a few years
now. Up to $75 a month these days.
The New water heater will cost us only
another $75 today, includes bringing
it up to code.
Our house itself is 105 yrs old.
The plumber was greeted with a post hole digger
in the front room, bare walls, with boards for the eaves
in the dining room, and a big air compressor and
basement unfinished.
Our family is used to it coming over to a wreck.
