Great add on for those who don't know much on Mike Jayne. Having an ace in the hole legal superstar to help direct HJOE's through murky legal waters and not bleed them dry in legal fees because he is a co-founder cannot be understated. Going to court is expensive and they wouldn't be able to fight back without Jayne.
