I agree. I think the danger to toxic lenders and loan sharks has increased exponentially with the courts hardening of their views on high interest rates. One of the problems that KBM and even their posting partners has is overconfidence. They've never been touched and they've rarely been challenged. Now challenges are surfacing and that over confidence could blind them to the dangers and ultimately be their undoing. As these proceedings move forward the danger will continue to rise as I, like many others, believe KBM (perhaps) fatally underestimated HJOE.

I actually believe HJOE will get more aggressive as this moves forward and let's see what happens when the victim finally stands up to the bully.
