$LCLP On Friday June 10, 2016 Life Clips® announced that the company had successfully up-listed to the OTCQB Venture Market Place and that (LCLP) signed and entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Batterfly Energy, ltd. (full releases can be read here).
