Great info P.Vito....The longer this drags on
the more KBM forces HJOE to bunker in and go for the Ultimate
stand and kill. These boobs-KBM- are as TheSmalls says "poking the bear."
Each day this continues, is one more where HJOE says:" we have come
this far,we might as go for the knockout."
Also, by dragging this on KBM is susceptible to new lawsuits. Others
will pile on, if they think they can get out of their toxic agreements
or if they have been used by the Kramers/system.
A quick settlement may yield KBM the note, each day that goes by
could result in killing the Golden Goose and yielding little in returns for them.
Have to love spending 60k or more on legal fees for a 43k note. brilliant...
