allright guys and girls here we go. i will try to put this out best i can. we talked a long time.
the parent company at this time is on Hank and David. they are meeting with auditors at a luncheon to discuss a new cfo they have in mind. He stressed that audits will be out in he hopes 4 to 6 weeks. they are going to put them out without the smith trucking numbers. Smith is apparently making money and now is claiming he is not a sub of ifcr. another words he is fighting giving parent their share. ifcr council says ifcr will win this suit.
the 4 subs they own are smith trucking in neb., morris trucking in ark., sct in philadelphia, and american trans. in hartford conn. they are very close to making another acquisition.
Ifcr has not issued any new stock in last 6 weeks. he is perturbed about half billy from yesterday. doesn't know where it came from.
again they will restate fins without smith trucking at this time and current market cap is around a million. the parent company audits are 90% finished and the other 3 subs are 90% finished, Now the big thing, he stressed their will be no R/S except to uplist unless they make a transaction that will assure no down pressure on the stock. He again, as he has told me before, stated he and hank have a plan in place and they promise to take care of shareholders. Ok, this is above my pay grade but i will put it out there best i can. they have created new preferred stock as a way to take debt off the books so they will not have to use common stock.
Dave and Hank both are deeply into this. Dave is in for 3.5 million. they both need ifcr to be successful. They have options on the table and a bk is not one of them. they had to file r/s papers but is not being considered at this time.. His last words were if someone wants to sell then it's their choice but he believes everything is going to be fine. He laughed about p.o. box, said office is down the street. he calls p.o. box when he has time.
lastly nlef is coming back out but not until after oct. 16. they have signed a letter of intent but had to wait 2 years. oct. 16 is 2 years. thats all i have. hope it's something. completely wore me out.
