The tug of war goes on between WOGI trying to takeover a company that was taken over in 2015 and voiding that takeover....The weird thing is why does a struggling, non reporting, non current company want to takeover another entity?
They have done such a good job with their own I guess they think they could do better with this one.....
Maybe they intend to roll the non verifiable WOGI SAA assets in then try and do a share exchange with WOGI NA, I mean its not a Reverse Split, but we all know King Julian will come out on top owning over 50% well over 50%.
Time will tell as we watch "how the WOGI Turns"
