Well, we know he wants to pay down remaining debt and there was 1bil left on the AS last time I talked to him. My thought is he is using the remaining AS to convert debt and then will use the preferred set up last year. If anyone talks to him ask what the AS and OS is. I bet the OS is now 4.5bil.

I really don't care if this is being done. They need to pay off the debt. Also, if he is doing it now we could be getting some news on the filings.
