They just did not. Not biker bars, racial fight bars. girlie bars.
Probably because those businesses have a right to, you know, do business without police interference or intimidation.
And good police work would have squad cars close enough, but out of sight, to better apprehend drunk drivers and able to respond to on premise violence.
