If you think the SEC is making any attempt to correct the manipulation you don't have to look any further than the sole NTGL trade so far today. The only trade is for 200 shares at .0055. That is a trade for $1.10. It is a completely blatant attempt to bring the price down. Nobody would sell $1.10 of stock and nobody would buy $1.10. Happens all the time but the SEC turns a blind eye to it. That is why the MM's so openly transact manipulative trades.
