I really liked the "Informative Content of the article" until I got to this...
Bright electric lighting can also adversely affect wildlife by, for example, disturbing migratory patterns of birds and some aquatic animals which nest on shore.
Of the Sodium Iodide lamps that have been replaced to date in my area, they are smaller in size with fewer LED's and the Blue is not blasting illuminating more of the area. I did place a call to Chula Vista Municipality Planning and Engineering office Department of Public Works, Still waiting on a call back.
