Re: OMO #13075
Uh, your Tax Foundation mentioned two contradictory scenarios that you described as a 'head scratcher'.

Huffington Post did not author the analysis that you dismiss out of hand.

Quote:
The analysis, which the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget published Sunday evening, represents one of the first serious efforts to assess how electing Trump or his chief rival for the presidency, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, might affect federal finances over time.

And the analysis dealt with the national debt as a % of GDP not budget deficits. It was not especially kind to either candidate, but they made their call.

They also pointed out that Trump is his usual vague self on how he's going to pay for what he says he wants, while cutting taxes to the extent he has shared thus far.

Hence my accurate 'fairy dust economics' designation of his 'plan'.

You know damned well where this is going.

Trump can't be too specific, because he's already being ripped for
what he has shared.

He'll be helpless in a debate on this subject.

We both could take him apart in a debate, easily. LOL!
