Giuliani: Brexit a Major Blow
to Obama & Hillary's 'Internationalist' Worldview
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said the Brexit represents a massive rejection of the "internationalist view of the world" embraced by President Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry "that every nation is the same" and "there's nothing special about America."
Giuliani said on Hannity the British people have basically said that the EU has "screwed things up so badly" by following Obama- and Clinton-style policies.
He said that the British people have rejected that, saying "'We're a country that comes from Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher, not from Karl Marx. We believe in hard work; we believe in individualism.'
"And I think the British people made a very, very heroic stand with a tremendous effort against it," he added.
