It's not a 'head scratcher for me. the Tax foundation overlooks....Trump and what he says he wants to do and how he will pay for it.

But if I have to make a choice of the two scenarios?

I'll go with this one because the more optimistic one is the same voodoo economics that the GOP has peddled for decades.
