I have been in the process of selling off utilities over the past couple of years(slowly). Very over weighted...so just repositioning and that is why I was/am so excited....look at those utils' today! Already have things allocated...just need to fine tune and make play after the week end.

My portfolio is up today overall...ha!....and I am trying to stay out today..but it's so juicy and am tempted to pull those triggers. I'm not on that much sleep...so gotta' be cool.

With regards to trade.....well..... I'm all about free trade so that is the only thing that saddens me(unless something works out). Of course......very few want that in this country....and that is on both sides of the table apparently....but mainly the current Democrats(Progressive Liberals) are screaming against free trade.
