I get what you are saying.  And I too, am just along for the ride. And, I have tried very hard to be still, but sometimes it's tough.  I feel like Joe Goodguy.  There is no real excuse for some of the things Mark has done, most notably, not filing financials on time.  If a company's financials are not in order, how do they operate, get financing, etc.? That is the first and foremost thing you should take care of, especially if you are public.  I just don't get it.

Hopefully he keeps his word and gets them out "soon".
