Regardless, if KarinCA is correct, that puts a lot more responsibility on SA. SA claims that they have no responsibility for the content of the articles they publish. But if they are requiring some authors to revise content based on their "opinion" then SA does have responsibility for content.
If KarinCA is willing to testify that SA required her to revise the content of her article, then that (IMO) opens them up to liability. Further, I think it should mean that their assertion that their authors deserve anonymity will be viewed more skeptically by the court. I hope that Sullivan has been made aware of KarinCA's potentially valuable "testimony".
