it clearly stated in reorganization plan that 80% of shares (Delmar ect.) would be eliminated, if it was supposed to be 100% of shares, why would it not have been stated.
If it runs, awesome. If it gets delisted and the ticker goes bye-bye, oh f****** well right. We are all responsible for our own DD, at the end of the day, Its not like anyone has 10k or a 401k tied up here.
