They have replaced them in Chula Vista where I live as well. We were just out to the U.S. Olympic Training Center and they are there too. The cost savings -vs- Mercury vapor is significant. They do provide a lot of light for sure. I just found the article interesting...always a little skeptical of new reports like that one...I like my eggs in butter with "Bacon"..
