22M (6M + 16M) traded at .0001 + equal mirror trades at non-retail prices of .000098/99.
45M trade at .000098 - bid did not decrease.
72M+ traded at .000099.
VFIN moved off the ask at .0002 and moced up to .0010 at around 15:30.
Bid increased throughout the day - now 688M.
Ask only increased slightly to 209M.
Volume so far 213M - of which 140M went to non-retail institutions.
