Truly this should be made much larger than just Cellceutix v Rosen.


The potential to go much higher is actually very possible. Other firms are almost certainly watching every step. Someone more familiar with the legal system can chime in. Thinking due to the rules stated by the judge in the dismissal there just may be some leverage to move to a higher court and include other firms. If that were to happen, almost certainly separate from our win for relief (meaning after our case) another suit could be opened to include the other firms and put Rosen as well as some authors (such as Mako) out of business.

But that's just my opinionated line of thinking.
