It's been posted elsewhere the SEC now wants to extend the pending case.
The explanation is provided but it makes no sense. They have a mountina of evidence and Treaty supposedly is not cooperating. Yet their more time.
In real life teh SEC would seal the deal. I think there is more to this than we are being told, and keep in mind the idit supplying the info is TD himself. The only one with a Pacer account. Who we already knows posts only negative things about the case and most likely edits what he posts.
