$CRWG ~ A specialty Cannabis and Consumer Publishing Network recently announced the sale of its Plaor gaming subsidiary for $3.5 million, a 43% reduction in its corporate debt, and a gradual fixed price conversion of its remaining convertible debt. In aggregate, these moves significantly reduce the financial and equity overhang on the stock and open the door for significant price appreciation over the coming quarters.
The company is refocusing its efforts on the cannabis industry after acquiring WeedTracker.com and related assets back in April of last year. In addition to the WeedTracker.com online community, the acquisition provided domain name assets like DispensaryWeed.com and WeedinHollywood.com. The company plans to develop WeedTracker into a mobile, locater app franchise while developing the other domain names as well.
Management plans to raise capital in order to build out these assets. The team is targeting a breakeven point by the end of this year, if it’s able to cost-effectively acquire capital to build the business and gain traction in the market.
Investors in cannabis media stocks, like Pot Network Holdings Inc. (OTC: PNTV) or UA Multimedia Inc. (OTC: UAMM), may want to take a closer look at the stock.
