note to self: PTOI's PPS @ EO of Q1 (3.31.16) with the *volume* of 14,000

CEs' prefer to CONtroll *outcomes* (PPS) since it's clear that even with less
than stellar communication skill sets .. P2O (and mgmt) still exist (which presents problems
on a daily basis for those who collude)
