Has anyone determined if the new 8 million dollar judgement against IFCR is included in the number or 10 million they owe or is the total in fact 18 million?

I am still adding shares and have added more this week at 2. I believe that better days are ahead for the company and that all of the bad news is just being put out now to get it out of the way. Bad news when the price is .0002 is going to cut your price but it doesn't really go lower than this.
