companies like KBM will push until it's just worth it to settle and sign an NDA. they are very persistent, but i believe fighting a losing battle. if they decide they want to push this further, KBM has far more to lose than HJOE and what KBM loses isn't just for them, its for their industry. If they hurt their industry, then they become the enemy of many and i just don't see that as a reality
