If you think about this situation in realistic terms its not that bad.
UMS had 17mil in revenues in 2014 which declined in 2015 to 10.1mil. I believe we will see this recover this year to prior levels.
The lawsuits don't bother me either. All companies have lawsuits. UMS ran out of money to buy inventory which generated less revenues leaving them unable to pay the bills. Once they recover they can pay these off in full. In total its not that much money.
Nothing about this concerns me.
