I'm hoping management has looked at this from all angles. With that said there is very little you, I or any other member of this board can do but wait. Do I want this case to be settled quickly so the company can file and remove the stop sign - heck yeah!

If you are an owner of this company then you should trust management that they have the shareholders best interest in mind. If you do not believe this then you have the right to sell your shares and move on and buy shares of a company you do believe in.
