I'm not advocating a "death spiral. Let's face it, the death spiral already happened. My scenario is predicated on KBM only being allowed to convert the 43K. Of course HJOE shouldn't file if it means KBM could convert 800K worth of stock or whatever it is at this point. If it's 43K, they should file and get it over with. If it's 800K they should continue to fight it.
